Job summary

Michael Page seeks a capable EC&C Recruiter to support graduate and entry-level hiring across the UAE on a 12-month FTC. The role is hybrid with Dubai-based operations, offering exposure to senior stakeholders and involvement in open day events.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel within the UAE. Join a globally respected consultancy with regional activity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related role.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across graduate, internship, and entry-level hiring programmes.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment plans.
• Attend open day events across the UAE.
• Coordinate interviews, assessment activities, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within ATS and recruitment systems.
• Support reporting, compliance requirements, and recruitment performance metrics.
