Qualifications

1–3 years of recruitment experience in a consultancy or staffing agency.
Strong UAE/GCC recruitment experience preferred.
Hands-on use of job portals and recruitment databases.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Source qualified candidates through portals, databases, referrals, and channels.
Understand client requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Screen candidates, conduct interviews and assessments.
Maintain pipeline across functions and industries.
Coordinate with clients and hiring managers for requirements.
Communicate with candidates and clients through recruitment process.
Follow up to ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Maintain candidate records in ATS/CRM and support BD activities.
Develop relationships with clients and candidates; hit recruitment targets.
