• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure Emiratisation recruitment activities remain aligned with government requirements, national workforce objectives, and internal hiring targets.
• Build working relationships with government entities, universities, colleges, training organizations, and employment platforms supporting Emirati talent.
• Assist with university engagement activities designed to attract graduates and emerging professionals.
• Support career fairs, campus recruitment events, employer branding campaigns, and talent outreach initiatives.
• Coordinate graduate recruitment intakes and support high‑volume hiring campaigns.
