Job summary

Yello in Dubai is seeking a proactive recruitment professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across graduate, internship, and entry-level programmes within our growing client base in the UAE.

You will partner with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and maintain accurate records in ATS while supporting reporting and compliance. Fluency in Arabic and English and UAE travel willingness are essential. This role offers growth within recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Family Book) required.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 2 years' experience within recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or a related people-focused role.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE to support university and recruitment events.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and keen to develop a career within recruitment and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across graduate, internship, and entry-level hiring programmes.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver recruitment plans.
• Attend open day events across the UAE.
• Coordinate interviews, assessment activities, offers, and onboarding processes.
• Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within ATS and recruitment systems.
• Support reporting, compliance requirements, and recruitment performance metrics.
