You will contribute to Emiratisation objectives while building pipelines and gaining exposure to sourcing, candidate assessment, reporting, and employer branding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline required.
• Undergraduate degree completed in 2024 or later.
• Fresh graduate seeking a professional career in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Internship or placement experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities for UAE Nationals, graduates, and early‑career positions.
• Source candidates through university partnerships, government platforms, LinkedIn, job boards and ATS.
• Conduct initial screening and phone interviews before shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
• Ensure Emiratisation recruitment aligns with government requirements and national workforce objectives.
• Build relationships with government entities, universities, and employment platforms.
