Job summary

AECOM Middle East is seeking a Graduate Talent Acquisition Coordinator in Dubai. You will be part of the UAE National Talent Acquisition team, focusing on recruitment, Emiratisation, and university partnerships to attract top graduates.

Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and supporting offer management, with exposure to employer branding and university collaborations.

Qualifications

• Recent UAE National graduate required.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above.
• Desire to contribute to Emiratisation efforts through the Fursa Program.

Responsibilities

• Talent Attraction: Source and screen candidates to support diverse hiring needs.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct phone interviews and set up manager interviews.
• Emiratisation Support: Help achieve UAE national recruitment targets.
• University Engagement: Represent AECOM at university career fairs.
• Offer Management: Manage offers and negotiations ensuring a positive experience.
• Talent Pipeline Development: Engage with university partnerships and external programs.
