You will collaborate with hiring managers, universities and government platforms to build a future-ready workforce and strengthen the AECOM brand across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, marketing, or related field.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to Emiratisation objectives and UAE National talent.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen and identify top candidates to support diverse hiring needs.
• Conduct phone interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage job offers and negotiations to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Play a key role in Emiratisation targets by recruiting UAE Nationals who align with our vision.
