Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full‑cycle recruitment operations and ensure consistent delivery across all business lines.
• Lead hiring programs focused on nationalization and large‑scale recruitment drives within the GCC.
• Manage key performance indicators such as time‑to‑fill, quality of hire, and offer acceptance rates.
• Conduct weekly recruitment review meetings with department heads and project leaders.
• Develop and maintain data dashboards for recruitment performance tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with senior management to refine recruitment strategy and workforce planning.
• Support the Head of Talent Acquisition in process optimization and compliance initiatives.
• Ensure all job requisitions are managed efficiently through applicant tracking systems.
• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, fostering a high‑performance and data‑led culture.
• Deliver accurate and timely reports on recruitment trends, forecasts, and performance analytics.

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.

• Proven experience managing recruitment operations in the Middle East, including Emiratisation and Saudisation programs.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms (Workday, SmartRecruiters) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
