Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Assisting the line manager with operational issues.
  • Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
  • Providing excellent client service and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Assisting with recruitment, resource allocation, and planning.
  • Proactively acting upon operational requirements, compiling and coordinating data for proposals and presentations.
  • Attending to correspondence and emails as required.
  • Liaising with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency.
  • Processing data and supporting business development.
  • Reporting and preparing productivity/performance reports.
  • Keeping daily activity records, meticulous minutes of meetings, and promptly executing decisions.
  • Diligent follow-up on pending and ongoing tasks.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and client marketplace; digital/social media savvy with an out-of-the-box mindset.
Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, your career journey should include a minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, paired with a high school diploma, with business studies as a preferred subject.
