Job summary

ADNOC seeks a senior Organization Development leader to design and implement Group-wide OD strategies, govern organizational structures, and drive performance improvements across ADNOC and its group companies. You will oversee OD initiatives, develop governance for reorganizations, and provide expert advisory on mergers, JVs, and restructures within the corporate framework.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent Professional Qualification.
15 years of professional experience in HR Management, including Organization development / design in a large organization, with managerial experience.
Deep knowledge of organization development and design, methodologies, and tools.
Strong project management, strategic thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and supervise the activities of the Department to achieve Division objectives efficiently and cost-effectively.
Develop OD strategies and governance for ADNOC Group companies and ensure alignment with corporate directions.
Lead organization design initiatives including restructures, mergers or realignments of group entities.
Provide consultancy for new company creations, realignments, and governance of organizational structures.
