Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading international energy, commodities and trading organisation in Dubai to recruit a governance professional. The role is centered on building a best-in-class governance function and supporting boards and committees across regional and global stakeholders.

You will coordinate meetings, maintain governance frameworks, prepare reports, monitor compliance and liaise with legal, compliance, finance and commercial teams to embed governance in transactions and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Law or Governance, Compliance or related discipline.
Experience supporting boards, committees and governance reporting processes.
Strong written English and documentation skills; ability to draft policies and minutes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate board and committee meetings: agenda, minute-taking, action tracking.
Maintain and enhance governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Prepare governance reports and management information for internal stakeholders.
Monitor compliance with governance processes and maintain accurate documentation.
Support governance-related due diligence and KYC activities across jurisdictions.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance and commercial teams to embed governance in transactions and initiatives.
