Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a Governance, Compliance, or related discipline.
• Strong documentation, policy review, drafting, and minute-taking skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate board and committee meetings including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
• Maintain and enhance governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare governance reports for internal stakeholders and governance committees.
