Job summary

Yello in Dubai is seeking an experienced governance professional to support board and committee activities and maintain robust governance frameworks across the organization. You will prepare minutes, manage action items, and produce governance reports for senior stakeholders.

The role requires 5–8 years in governance, a law-related degree, and strong English writing skills to draft policies and correspondence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in corporate governance, company secretarial, or governance-focused compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related discipline.
• Proven experience supporting boards and governance reporting.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.
• Strong stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up activities
• Maintain and enhance corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support business objectives
• Prepare governance reports and management information for internal stakeholders and governance committees
• Monitor compliance with governance processes, ensuring documentation, approvals, and records remain accurate and complete
• Support governance-related due diligence and KYC activities while liaising with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and commercial teams to ensure governance requirements are embedded within transaction approval processes, committee activities, and key corporate initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a Governance, Compliance, or related discipline
• Proven experience supporting boards, committees, executive stakeholders, and governance reporting processes
• Strong documentation, policy review, drafting, and minute-taking skills with exceptional written English
• Resilient, organised, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, using strong stakeholder management skills to drive accountability and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
