This is a Corporate Governance Officer / Assistant Company Secretary responsible for supporting board and committee governance, maintaining governance and compliance frameworks, managing documentation, producing high-quality minutes, and ensuring accountability across the trading business.

Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, action tracking, and follow-up activitiesMaintain and enhance corporate governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to support business objectivesPrepare governance reports and management information for internal stakeholders and governance committeesMonitor compliance with governance processes, ensuring documentation, approvals, and records remain accurate and completeSupport governance-related due diligence and KYC activities while liaising with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictionsCollaborate with legal, compliance, finance, and commercial teams to ensure governance requirements are embedded within transaction approval processes, committee activities, and key corporate initiatives.
5-8 years of experience within corporate governance, company secretarial, legal operations, paralegal, or governance-focused compliance functionsBachelor's degree in Law or a Governance, Compliance, or related disciplineProven experience supporting boards, committees, executive stakeholders, and governance reporting processesStrong documentation, policy review, drafting, and minute-taking skills with exceptional written EnglishResilient, organised, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced and evolving environmentDemonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment, using strong stakeholder management skills to drive accountability and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
