Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Corporate Governance Manager in Dubai to lead the governance function, oversee compliance and KYC/AML programs, and shape the ESG strategy across the organisation. You will partner with boards, regulators, and senior executives to strengthen governance and risk practices.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 10+ years of governance/compliance experience in regulated sectors, with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive continuous governance

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in governance, compliance, or related functions.
• Experience with ESG and sustainability reporting.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and regulators.
