Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide visa information to clients and partners within organizational guidelines.
• Issue quotes and provide visa documents to clients/partners.
• Monitor and update CRM for a portfolio of cases.
• Analyze content of passports and application forms for accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries via email and phone.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Licensing teams.
• Escalate complex visa queries to the appropriate specialist.
