IFZA Dubai is seeking a Visa Communications Specialist to manage the end-to-end issuance and amendments of visas for clients and professional partners. You will handle inquiries, verify documentation, and ensure timely processing while upholding IFZA’s service standards.

The role requires strong English, excellent customer service, and solid MS Office skills. You will collaborate with sales, finance, and licensing teams, monitor CRM activity, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate

Qualifications

• Full English proficiency required.
• Additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills and effective communication on calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry.
• Experience with CRM systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide visa information to clients and partners within organizational timeframes.
• Issue quotes and visa-related documentation to clients and partners.
• Monitor and regularly update the CRM while managing a portfolio of cases.
• Analyze documents such as passports and application forms for accuracy.
• Respond to emails and queries from clients and partners on visa-related scenarios.
• Escalate complex visa issues to the appropriate process owners for resolution.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and licensing departments as needed.
