The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of coordination experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and an ability to engage with clients effectively. Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a coordination role.
• Experience with UAE and Offshore business setup.
• Business level English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Process applications and ensure accurate handling.
• Manage all aspects of visa operations and legal documents.
• Handle client queries and ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide monthly reports to the Head of Department.
• Maintain records and oversee office coordination.
