Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Sale & Purchase (S&P) or vessel asset transactions.
• Strong analytical and contract negotiation skills with deep maritime asset insight.
• Established relationships across international shipowning and financing communities.
• High level of integrity, market discretion, and commercial drive.

Responsibilities

• Originate and negotiate second-hand vessel sales, newbuilding contracts, and demolition deals
• Perform vessel valuations, asset condition analyses, and commercial feasibility assessments
• Maintain active networks with global shipowners, financial institutions, and shipyards
• Draft and review Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) terms and closing documentation
• Track international shipbuilding prices, recycling markets, and fleet demographics
