Job summary

AIRecruitment seeks a Ship Broker (Sale & Purchase) to support international transactions from Dubai. You will provide brokerage services through the full deal cycle and monitor vessel markets for pricing trends and conditions. Fluency in English is required; Russian is a plus.

An established network is advantageous. The role offers relocation support, including a flight to Dubai, first-month accommodation and medical insurance, with compensation largely tied to commission on completed

Qualifications

Previous experience in ship Sale & Purchase or chartering would be an advantage.
Fluency in English; Russian is a plus.
Ability to assess situations quickly, communicate clearly and engage confidently with clients and counterparties.

Responsibilities

Provide Sale & Purchase brokerage services, supporting transactions throughout the entire deal cycle.
Monitor the market and analyse vessels available for sale, pricing trends and overall market conditions.
Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients and partners.
Expand the company’s presence in new regional markets.
Lead negotiations and manage transactions through to successful completion.
Tact, diplomacy and the ability to build trusted relationships with clients from different countries and cultural backgrounds.
