Job summary

EDGE is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment across international offices and joint ventures. Qualifications

• 8–12 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 3–5 years leading recruitment teams within a complex multinational organisation.
• Experience recruiting across multiple international markets; defence/aerospace or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across International Offices and Joint Ventures.
• Partner with senior leaders to develop hiring plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Oversee governance, compliance and SLA adherence for recruitment activities.
• Drive sourcing strategy, workforce planning and executive hiring across geographies.
• Manage agency relationships and ensure data integrity in ATS/HR systems.
