Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 6+ years recruitment experience, in-house TA or agency.
• Proven track record hiring for technical, business, leadership roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in technology, fintech, digital platforms, financial services, or cryptocurrency industries preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Skilled in sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive hiring.
• Able to manage multiple searches simultaneously with high quality.
• Comfortable across global teams and multiple time zones.
• Proactive, resilient, results-oriented, and passionate about people.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.

• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for designated business units, providing strategic hiring support.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment across technical, business, leadership, and specialist roles.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract global talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide regular talent market intelligence to influence hiring decisions.
