Qualifications

• 7–10 years HR experience with 3–5 years in Talent Acquisition in a multinational.
• International experience and mindset.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and recruitment plans.
• Design and execute HUB Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles and grades, including TA Operations.
• Develop strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent with proactive sourcing and interviews.
• Elevate TA capability and ensure alignment with hiring objectives across EM HUB locations.
• Collaborate with TA colleagues across EM HUB to align priorities and ways of working.
