Job summary

GMG, a leading UAE-based well-being and retail group, seeks a dynamic Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team in Dubai. You will own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to onboarding new hires, aligning hiring with GMG's strategic objectives.

The role requires proactive sourcing, rigorous screening, interview coordination, offer management, and a strong focus on candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience driving end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Ability to source and attract diverse candidates.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attraction across job boards, social media, events and agencies.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with stakeholders.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate candidate assessments.
• Engage candidates and ensure a positive experience throughout.
• Assist in offers and onboarding processes with HR and managers.
• Promote GMG’s employer brand through various channels and events.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and generate recruitment reports.
