Job summary

Emagine Solutions FZE in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end-to-end hiring engine for a deeptech company. You will lead international recruitment across multiple regions, mentor junior recruiters, and partner with leaders to drive high-quality, scalable hires that shape culture and performance.

You will balance speed with rigor, push back on vague briefs, and maintain a strong focus on employer branding and candidate experience to protect the brand at every touchpoint.

Qualifications

• Talent Acquisition Manager / TA Lead with leadership responsibilities.
• Deeptech / tech SaaS / AI / data / engineering hiring exposure (or similarly complex, high-skill environments).
• Proven international recruitment track record (multi-region hiring, global sourcing, cross-border stakeholder management).
• Experience working alongside TA teams and building alignment across processes and priorities.
• Hands-on experience managing/mentoring junior recruiters (coaching, training, feedback, performance).
• Strong sourcing capability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, referrals, communities).
• Confidence with ATS/CRM workflows, reporting, and funnel optimisation.
• Based in Dubai or ready to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent strategy + delivery across technical and commercial teams.
• Drive international hiring across multiple geographies (EMEA/APAC/US), including remote and relocation.
• Stakeholder management: influence hiring managers, set expectations, run structured intakes.
• Own hiring process excellence: scorecards, interview frameworks, debrief discipline, offer strategy.
• Coach and mentor junior recruiters to raise performance, quality, and reliability.
• Oversee data-driven recruiting: monitor pipeline health, time-to-hire, conversion rates.
