Job summary

Wantik Technologies in Dubai is seeking a self-driven Sales Business Development Executive who thrives on closing deals and building lasting client relationships. Identify prospects across target markets, lead discovery calls and tailored presentations, and close deals across our digital service portfolio to consistently hit revenue targets.

Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding, track pipeline activity, and report on sales performance metrics while growing the regional

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or business development experience (digital agency preferred).
• Solid knowledge of digital services: Web & App development, WordPress, Shopify, mobile apps, AI/ML, SEO, lead generation.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to meet quotas and manage a personal sales pipeline independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospect and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Lead discovery calls, presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
