You will oversee multi-channel campaigns, events, and sponsorships, and mentor a team to deliver measurable growth while maintaining principal brand guidelines and market relevance in a dynamic luxury market.

Qualifications

• Strong automotive marketing experience and understanding of OEM/brand guidelines.
• Proven track record in developing and executing annual marketing strategies and budgets.
• Experience in brand positioning, equity building, and product launches.
• Ability to translate market insights into commercial actions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the overall marketing strategy and annual budget in alignment with business objectives.
• Manage brand performance across multiple categories, working closely with OEM partners to ensure consistency with company and principal standards.
• Drive strategies that increase sales and strengthen market share for each brand.
• Lead cross-functional campaigns, sponsorships and high profile events to enhance visibility and brand equity.
• Operate as the key liaison with principals, agencies and government entities to ensure effective partnerships and impactful initiatives.
• Guide, develop and motivate direct reports to achieve results and build future leadership capability.
