- 8+ years of experience in polymer trading/sales.
- Experience across Africa and Asia markets.
- Proven international trading and business development experience.
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills.
- Strong understanding of polymer markets and pricing.
- Leadership and relationship-management experience.
- Experience working with multicultural teams.
- Existing portfolio of polymer customers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow polymer sales across international markets.
- Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Develop long-term supplier and customer partnerships.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close trading opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, demand, and competitive activity.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams.
- Contribute to the expansion and growth of the Polymer Division.
