Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Retail Media, digital media, eCommerce, or commerce growth.
• Strong understanding of Retail Media across marketplaces and omnichannel retailers.
• Experience building multi-market frameworks, tools, playbooks, or capability programmes.

Responsibilities

• Shape global Performance Marketing and Retail Media standards across marketplaces and omnichannel retailers.
• Drive Social Commerce growth through paid media and activation principles.
• Define global KPIs, benchmarks and reporting standards linking media to business outcomes.
