Job summary

ACI Worldwide is seeking a Business Development Representative in Dubai to fuel revenue growth through disciplined outreach, lead qualification, and pipeline development. You will work with marketing, account executives, and inside sales to convert interest into qualified meetings and opportunities.

The role focuses on researching target accounts, executing multi-channel outreach, and ensuring clean handovers to sales teams, with data maintained in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales development, business development, inside sales, or related roles.
• Experience or interest in enterprise software, fintech, payments, or B2B tech sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication to engage prospects professionally.
• Ability to research accounts and translate findings into outreach.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
• Comfort using CRM, sales tools, LinkedIn, and productivity software.
• Comfort with cold outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts and generate qualified meetings for sales teams.
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM activities.
• Map accounts and identify decision-makers and gaps for handover.
• Maintain accurate activity records and update CRM with outcomes.
