Job summary

Network International in the UAE is seeking a Business Development professional to drive consumer payments solutions and direct issuing partnerships. You will generate opportunities, engage partners, and coordinate across teams to move deals from prospecting to onboarding.

The role focuses on expanding direct issuing propositions, merchant partnerships, and multi-currency card solutions while collaborating with Product, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to close opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B payments or fintech environments.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and progress business development opportunities across consumer payments solutions and direct issued propositions.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and internal teams throughout the sales and onboarding lifecycle.
• Support development of partnerships with financial institutions, fintechs, and ecosystem partners.
• Prepare client research, proposals, and commercial assessments for business development pursuits.
• Maintain accurate pipeline information and report on activity, conversion, and outcomes.
• Coordinate with Product, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Technology to progress opportunities.
• Track partner and client actions and ensure smooth handover from commercial engagement into onboarding and implementation.
