Job summary

Bybit is seeking a senior marketer to drive growth and adoption of its payments products across global markets. You will own regional and global growth initiatives, lead GTM for new Bybit Pay, Bybit Card, money transfers, and localized payment solutions, and work with product, operations, and regional marketing teams to simplify customer discovery and usage.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to craft clear propositions and optimize lifecycle campaigns, aiming to accelerate

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, GTM or related roles.
Strong experience in fintech, payments, banking or crypto environments.
Ability to translate product capabilities into compelling marketing strategies.
Experience driving acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

Own regional and global growth workstreams for Payment BU OKRs across acquisition, activation, usage and retention.
Lead GTM for new payment products and market expansions with messaging and channel strategy.
Coordinate cross-functional launch execution and define success metrics.
Turn product capabilities and market context into marketing narratives and initiatives.
Orchestrate CRM, social, PR, paid media, partnerships and regional teams as needed.
