Job summary

Bybit is seeking a seasoned Senior Card Operations Lead to drive the Card business globally from Dubai. You will manage a team, ensure seamless card operations, resolve complex issues, and align product, compliance, risk and finance for successful market launches.

You will collaborate with developers, product, and external vendors, advocating a user‑first approach while driving growth and retention. Fluent English is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of card management systems and card network rules.
• Product management experience in fintech/insurtech.
• Creative thinking with autonomous decision making.
• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Professional English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the card operations lead across the Customer Service and product teams; ensure SLAs for escalated tickets.
• Investigate and resolve card payments, applications, rewards and usage issues with logs, databases and vendors.
• Coordinate go‑to‑market plans for new market launches and product releases with compliance, risk, finance and tech teams.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, performance data and user journeys.
• Contribute to product discussions with insights from card ops and market intelligence to enhance the cardholder experience.
• Oversee settlement reconciliation, rewards operations, vendor payments and dispute handling with risk teams.
