Job summary

Bybit is looking for an internationally minded Regional Business Development Assistant to drive the expansion of Bybit Pay and the payments ecosystem, focusing on community building, merchant acquisition, local partnerships, and growth initiatives for Bybit Pay, Card, and Fiat channels.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in payments, fintech, or crypto, strong local market understanding, and a proven track record of driving regional growth, with long-term overseas work experience required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in payments/fintech/crypto business development.
• Long-term overseas work or study experience.
• Strong knowledge of local payment rails and merchant needs.
• Proven track record of regional growth or launching payment products.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.
• Network across fintech/Web3/PSPs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support market expansion for Bybit Pay and growth pipeline.
• Acquire and manage merchants, gateways, partners, and Web3 projects.
• Lead end-to-end BD cycle: mapping, lead gen, pitching, negotiations, partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product, Card, Fiat, Compliance, Payments Ops, Marketing to scale use cases.
• Develop regional GTM strategies for crypto-to-fiat and fiat-to-crypto flows.
• Support cross-border payment products and merchant integrations.
• Represent Bybit at industry events and partnerships.
