Job summary

Bybit is seeking a seasoned Card Operations Specialist to manage the Bybit Card program across regions. You will oversee card payments, settlements, rewards, and issue resolution while collaborating with product, engineering and risk teams to ensure a seamless user experience.

Your role combines operational excellence with strategic input, driving go-to-market plans, onboarding new markets, and continually improving processes through data-driven insights and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of card management systems and card network rules/regulations.
• Product management experience in fintech/insurtech is a plus.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; 3–5 years preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as card payments expert and support SLA-backed ticket resolution.
• Investigate and resolve card-related issues collaborating with developers, product, and risk teams.
• Support go-to-market launches and inter-market operations with compliance and finance teams.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements using data-driven analysis.
• Participate in product discussions, providing insights from card operations to enhance user experience.
• Oversee settlement reconciliation with processors/BIN sponsors and manage rewards operations.
• Collaborate with AML and Risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence and reporting.
