Job summary

CRUCIFER AI TECHNOLOGIES seeks a partnerships professional to identify, qualify and onboard high-quality partners to expand learner reach, deliver locally and strengthen market access. You will build a strong partner pipeline, lead outreach, and drive commercial proposals and diligence across priority countries.

You will manage end-to-end partner programs, monitor early performance and implement corrective actions, with a hunter mindset and accountability for achieving targets.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in partnerships, business development, channels, education services, market expansion or related roles
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation capability
• Disciplined pipeline management and ability to manage cross-border efforts
• International exposure preferred
