Job summary

Protege is expanding its partnerships ecosystem and seeks a skilled Partnerships Manager to lead qualification, discovery, and engagement with healthcare data partners. You will coordinate NDAs, sample intake, and handoffs to evaluation teams while tiering partners by value and potential.

You will support deal structuring, pricing, and SOW coordination, and help transition partnerships into Healthcare Operations for scalable onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in strategic partnerships, partner management, or deal execution in fast-moving environments.
• Proven ability to move external relationships from early interest into structured execution.
• Strong judgment in qualification, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to translate ambiguous information into concrete action plans.
• Experience with healthcare data partnerships, AI data ecosystems, or data licensing strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification of newly sourced healthcare data partners and determine engagement depth
• Run partner discovery and due diligence calls to assess dataset quality and commercial potential
• Coordinate NDA execution, sample intake, and handoff to Data Lab for evaluation
• Recommend partner tiering based on dataset quality, uniqueness, and strategic value
• Support deal structuring, strategic pricing, and coordination of SOWs
• Drive transition planning into Healthcare Operations and Solutions for smooth onboarding
• Manage lower-tier partners to ensure they remain commercially ready
• Develop creative partnership structures and internal proposals for strategic opportunities
• Systemize workflows for partner documentation and engagement cadences
