Job summary

IQAir AG in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Order Management Specialist to ensure international orders are entered, processed, and delivered accurately. You will coordinate purchase requirements, manage orders from entry to shipment in ERP, and work with sales, logistics and finance.

Requirements include a bachelor's in business or economics, 3+ years in order management, strong knowledge of the order-to-cash process, Microsoft Dynamics, and excellent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completed business training or a bachelor's degree in business administration or economics.
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position in order management.
• Thorough understanding of the order-to-cash process.
• Proven experience with the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system (Navision, Business Central).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiar with invoicing, customs, and shipping.
• Self-motivated, hands-on mentality with a results-driven approach.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an asset.
• Only candidates currently residing in the UAE will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase requirements resulting from customer orders and sales activities.
• Manage international customer orders from entry to shipment (entry into ERP, order confirmation and follow up in collaboration with sales network and other departments).
• Monitor the status of customer orders from order entry through final delivery.
• Arrange and support transportation according to delivery requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries and proactively identify potential supply bottlenecks or delays.
• Identify potential stock shortages or excess inventory and communicate them to the relevant teams.
• Ensure system inventory information is consistent with actual transactions.
• Ensure customer orders are correctly prepared for invoicing.
• Coordinate with Finance regarding billing, payment terms, and invoice discrepancies.
