Job summary

Agile Consultants in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Order Processing Manager to lead the order processing function for an established FMCG business with international export operations. You will own end-to-end processes from order entry to invoicing, maintain SLAs, manage audits and compliance with export regulations, and lead the Order Processing Department.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in order processing/supply chain within FMCG/export
• Proven managerial experience leading an Order Processing or Export Operations Department
• Knowledge of export documentation (LCs, Certificates of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificates)
• Experience with ERP/Navision and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order processing from entry to invoicing and delivery
• Set SLAs and KPIs for order queues and export markets
• Manage escalations and coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics
• Ensure compliance with company policies and international export regulations
• Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of the Order Processing team
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse to ensure smooth order flow
• Prepare shipping documents and liaise with freight partners
• Handle internal and external audits and maintain SOPs/GLs/WIs
• Prepare yearly customer survey report and present to management
