You will verify orders in the ERP, prepare local and export documentation, and coordinate delivery with transport partners to meet daily shipping schedules.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales Coordination, preferably in building materials.
• Experience with ERP systems and logistics workflows.
• Strong knowledge of commercial documentation, export regulations, and HSE standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders and manage incoming orders in ERP within tight timelines.
• Prepare local and export documents (invoices, packing lists) accurately.
• Coordinate delivery vehicles with purchasing, warehouse and finance teams.
• Serve as main contact for clients on order status and logistics inquiries.
• Resolve pricing or dispatch issues and issue debit/credit notes as needed.
