ARRISE is a global leader in software development for the iGaming industry. We seek a Head of Operations to shape and scale our operational strategy across multiple locations, aligning product, technology, and commercial teams while implementing scalable processes that drive efficiency.

This high-impact role requires systems thinking, executive communication, and hands-on problem solving to optimize delivery, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project or operations management with cross-functional leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate with product and technology teams.
• Confident with SharePoint, JIRA and Confluence.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with goals.
• Represent a key voice in roadmap discussions between product, tech and commercial teams.
• Oversee staffing and resource allocation to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Design and standardize processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Champion adoption of digital platforms to improve collaboration and transparency.
• Act as operational connector across Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing and Support.
• Present updates to senior management and support informed decisions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, adaptability and continuous improvement.
