Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Sales for a Singapore-based fintech group with global MTO/PSP focus, including Dubai presence. The role leads the global sales strategy, drives revenue growth, and manages a distributed sales team across multiple markets.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales leadership within MTO/PSP, an extensive banking network, demonstrated quota attainment, and strong strategic and regulatory acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in MTO/PSP.
• Extensive and verifiable network with banks, MTOs and PSPs.
• Willingness to travel internationally; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop, implement, and refine global sales strategies for MTO and PSP segments to achieve revenue targets.
• Revenue Management: Own global MTO/PSP revenue pipeline, forecasting, and P&L; negotiate high-value contracts.
• Global Market Expansion: Identify new opportunities and execute go-to-market strategies for international expansion.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team.
• Client Relationship Management: Build strategic relationships with decision-makers in banks, MTOs, and PSPs.
• Partnership Development: Forge partnerships to accelerate market penetration.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and tech advancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align sales with product, marketing, operations and legal.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide insightful reports on sales performance and market trends to leadership.
