Job summary

New York University Abu Dhabi is seeking an Employee Mobility Services Specialist to support Relocation Services in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role coordinates relocation, arrival, transition, and repatriation for faculty, researchers, staff, and dependents.

The position requires strong administration, stakeholder coordination, customer service, and organizational capabilities to manage travel, accommodation, shipping, immigration coordination, documentation, payments, and employee communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least five years of administrative experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Update relocation pipeline when new offer letters are received.
• Communicate relocation processes to new hires in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate relocation records and employee files.
• Liaise with recruitment, appointments, and HR teams during relocation.
• Coordinate shipping, travel arrangements, accommodation, and other relocation services.
• Track relocation expenses and ensure policy adherence.
