Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Global Mobility Specialist for a six-month assignment in Abu Dhabi with potential extension. The role focuses on end-to-end mobility for international assignments, secondments, and relocations, collaborating with Human Capital, Legal, Finance, and external mobility providers.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in Global Mobility or HR operations, with strong immigration knowledge and proficiency in Excel and mobility systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience in Global Mobility, International Assignments, Employee Relocation, HR Operations or related area.
• Hands-on experience managing international assignments, secondments and employee relocations.
• Experience with immigration processes, mobility policies, regulatory requirements and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate international assignments and secondments from initiation to completion with stakeholders.
• Oversee immigration, visa processing, housing, transportation and relocation arrangements.
• Explain and apply mobility policies, ensure regulatory compliance and manage risks.
• Coordinate with Legal, Management Accounts and Human Capital teams to progress assignments.
• Liaise with relocation and immigration service providers, monitor case progress and service delivery.
• Prepare mobility cost analyses, support budget planning and track expenses.
• Act as central contact for employees on mobility journeys and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare mobility reports and metrics.
• Support maintenance and development of mobility policies and frameworks.
