Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Talent Mobility Specialist for a six-month fixed-term contract based in Dubai. You will manage end-to-end immigration and mobility support for employees and dependents across the Middle East, ensuring compliance with local regulations and driving a smooth employee experience.

You will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance and regional stakeholders, handling onboarding, relocations, renewals and government filings while staying up to date with changing immigration

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in HR, mobility and immigration.
• Knowledge of UAE immigration laws and procedures is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Arabic language skills are strongly preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end immigration and mobility processes for employees and dependents across the ME region.
• Coordinate visa applications, work permits, renewals and related government requirements.
• Onboard new hires from offer to joining, ensuring smooth immigration and onboarding.
• Liaise with government authorities, providers and stakeholders for mobility activities.
• Support international relocations and short-term assignments as needed.
