Job summary

Mr. Marine is seeking a Sales Manager - Oil & Gas to grow our business by offering a full range of marine products and services to existing and new customers.

The role supports expansion in the Oil & Gas sector and leverages your maritime industry experience to identify sales opportunities across your portfolio and develop new business. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will focus on achieving sales targets, building customer relationships and contributing to the overall sales

Qualifications

• Experience in a service-oriented environment (Maritime, Engineering, Procurement or Construction).
• Minimum 5-7 years Sales and/or Account Management experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically for marine services.
• Proven track record in sales, business development or key account management within the marine equipment industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales and business development plan aligned with company goals.
• Identify potential customers, generate new business leads and expand the customer base.
• Increase requests for quotations (RFQs) by actively promoting our products and services.
• Develop and grow a sustainable customer portfolio.
• Manage your sales pipeline with a disciplined approach.
• Use consultative selling to identify customer needs and recommend solutions from our portfolio.
