Qualifications

• 5+ years in administrative, sales support, or tendering roles.
• Experience with contracting or industrial products tendering.
• Knowledge of PQ, vendor registration, and supplier documents.
• Proficiency in commercial offers, quotes, and docs.
• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel; strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience with CRM/ERP, preferably Pipedrive.
• Experience in order processing, sales reporting, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM system, lead delegation, and ensure process compliance.
• Coordinate full-cycle project coordination including scheduling and logistics.
• Provide admin support for tender prep, PQs, and technical submittals.
• Support team with multitasking, efficiency, and fast work under pressure.
• Maintain client-focused approach to optimize experience and opportunities.
