Job summary

Interstar Corporation in Dubai is seeking an Export Sales Manager to lead overseas lubricant sales. You will drive growth across international markets, identify distributors and customers, and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to payment.

A strong network in the lubricants sector and proven negotiation skills are essential. The role requires 3+ years in exports, knowledge of automotive and industrial lubricants, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade or related field.
• 3+ years of export sales experience in the lubricants industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and industrial lubricants.
• Proven distributor and customer management experience.
• Existing network of lubricant distributors is an advantage.
• Understanding of international trade, export procedures, and commercial practices.
• Ability to develop new markets and acquire customers.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial mindset with results-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel internationally and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute international export sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
• Identify and develop new distributors, importers, dealers, and key accounts in international markets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Identify new markets, opportunities and potential distribution partners.
• Manage the complete export sales cycle from enquiry to order, shipment and payment.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and distributor agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Production and Marketing teams.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, tradeshows, conferences and meetings.
• Conduct international market visits to develop business relationships and growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market reports and business development plans.
