Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sr. Sales Manager, Automotive Lubricants Sales to drive business growth in Africa, South East Asia, and the MENA region. The ideal candidate must have mandatory hands-on experience in lubricants sales within these specific regions, with strong distributor networks and market knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies for lubricants across Africa, East Asia, and MENA.
- Identify, appoint, and manage distributors and channel partners in assigned territories.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue growth, and market expansion objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Manage pricing strategy, product positioning, and promotional activities.
- Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and regulatory teams for smooth export operations.
- Represent the company in international trade fairs and exhibitions.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic performance reports.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in lubricants export sales.
- Proven sales experience specifically in Africa, South-East Asia, and/or MENA region.
- Strong existing distributor network in these regions.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive and industrial lubricants markets.
- Experience handling OEMs, fleet accounts, and industrial clients.
- Understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA in International Business / Marketing preferred.
