Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics LLC in Dubai is seeking an Expeditor to expedite and coordinate procurement and timely delivery of goods and services, aligning with PO terms and conditions.

You will oversee the procurement process, coordinate with local and international suppliers, and ensure real-time ERP/SAP record accuracy for milestones. This role requires UAE experience and fluent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in procurement expediting, supply chain, or logistics, preferably within UAE.
• Fluent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Expedite Purchase Orders to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers to monitor order progress, shipment readiness, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate transportation planning and freight movements (air, sea, and land).
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, security, warehouse, Health & Safety and all applicable contractual requirements.
